I am the preaching pastor and chief vision communicator of Christ Presbyterian Church in Madion, WI.  We are at the point of re-tooling the Mission, Vision, & Values that have served us  well over the six years I have been here.  Our mission is to be "A Community of Christ, gathering in love, growing by grace, going forth to serve."  

I have read dozens of books from the business world on these processes, as well as some very unsatisfactory church approaches.  Church Unique is as thorough, spiritual and missional as I have come across, integrating what I believe are some of the best insights from outside the church with some solid theological/biblical grounding.  I am now reading Will Mancini’s earlier collaboration with Aubrey Malphurs, Building Leaders, and finding it useful for my context as well.  Please keep writing Will!!!
