Cookie Cutter Congregations

I have been involved with church leadership for over 25 years and see this "conference following" so often. It is sad. So many try to cookie cutter their congregations and it does not work!! Thank you for putting into words and publishing what so many of us think. We pray that our leaders would take the time to get a real vision from God what He has for each individual church and put these steps into practice and see God move through His people with enthusiasm. I am encouraged. I hope many pastors get this book and take it to heart.
